Refund policy

Please note: No refunds on earrings and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. There is no refund/exhange on sale items. 

You are entitled to a 21 day refund/exchange window from the day you receive your order. 

To make a return:

• Send an email to apiphanyjewellery@gmail.com with your reason for a refund.
• If accepted a refund will be processed within 5 days. 
• The money will be sent back to the payment method that was added at checkout.
• Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear back in your account. 

Sweatshirts can be returned as long as they are unworn.

Faulty Pieces?

If your item is faulty, we sincerely apologise. If something happens, please send an email to apiphanyjewellery@gmail.com with a picture of the faulty item and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you or a refund, whichever you prefer.
